BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq’s cabinet wants to ban parties from using pictures of figures who are not running for office at campaign rallies in local elections, the government’s spokesman said on Thursday.

Interesting. I don’t really understand this culture as much as I probably should. But I didn’t know that. That is interesting because I don’t even think that would be possible in America, as I’m sure you know. Hmm We shall see what happens next.
