BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq’s cabinet wants to ban parties from using pictures of figures who are not running for office at campaign rallies in local elections, the government’s spokesman said on Thursday.

what!that is seriously dumb.i understand their views are different from mine but i dont understand why doing this will help anything.i dont see the problem in doing things like this and why they would consider censorship.

Interesting. I don’t really understand this culture as much as I probably should. But I didn’t know that. That is interesting because I don’t even think that would be possible in America, as I’m sure you know. Hmm We shall see what happens next.
